Oral Technical Presentation and Manuscript Submission
Guidelines

Conference Technical Presentation
English
will be the official language of technical presentation
as well as of the
SAMPADA-2008
conference
Due to receipt of overwhelming number of Abstracts,
SAMPADA-2008
conference’s technical program schedule will encompass
-
Three (3) Plenary
Lectures
-
Three (3) Keynote
Lectures
-
Thirty-two (32)
technical sessions, and
-
Two (2) sessions in
parallel.
In
addition there will be
-
Poster presentation
session
-
Product Presentation
Session, as well.
We have fix number of hours
available per day. Therefore, the following time limit
will be strictly observed for various types of technical
presentation.

In the interest of time
management and other presenters waiting for their
technical presentation turn in any given session, all
presenters are requested to note that they are
absolutely required to manage their presentation time
very effectively, and must finish their technical
presentation within the allocated presenting time limit
and move on the allocated Q&A time slot.
Please note that all Session Chairperson (to be
appointed) will have the final authority to limit and/or
terminate the presentation if he /she find that the
presenter is not following the above mentioned time
limit guideline.
VERY IMPORTANT Instructions:
-
ONLY the PowerPoint
presentation will be permitted.
-
Presentation through
personal Laptop computer or its attachment to
the Projector will not be permitted for your
technical presentation.
-
All oral presenters
must bring and provide their PowerPoint
presentation file in a R&W CD in advance.
-
Without fail, a CD
containing virus free PowerPoint Presentation
must be submitted in the afternoon/evening prior
to individual’s next day technical presentation
to Mr. Govind Umarji of C-MET, Pune. Mr.
Umarji will be available onsite at the
YASHADA MD Center to collect CD of your
PowerPoint Presentation from 3:00 PM to 5 PM
only every evening starting from Sunday, December
7th, 2008 to Thursday, December 11th, 2008.

Manuscript Submission
Please prepare and submit thoroughly proof-read
manuscript of your technical paper fully conforming to
the manuscript preparation guidelines (given in the
“Instruction to Authors” webpage at the Submission of
Abstract and Manuscript section of the
SAMPADA-2008
website). Please provide a MS Words document file with
(.doc file extension) as attachment sent via e-mail.
Some of you have already submitted your Abstract via
e-mail. Due to overwhelming workload, we could not
acknowledge or provide you the recipe of your
Manuscript. Please accept my apology.
Please note the following
important
additional requirements
In addition to manuscript copy submitted via e-mail,
hard
copies and a soft copy
of your manuscript also be must be submitted in person
at the
SAMPADA-2008
Conference site (i.e.,
YASHADA MD Center
) as follows
Please provide
-
Three
(3) hard copies
which are
serially
numbered within a circle above the title, as well as
have your special technical presentation serial
number written on the top right corner.
And
-
Soft
copy [Virus free MS words file with (.doc) file
extension only] of your manuscript stored in a
non-returnable R&W CD
is required.
Your manuscript in the above mention format in will be
collected onsite at the
SAMPADA-2008
Manuscript Collection Desk outside the Technical Program
Session Room at the
YASHADA MD Center
on Monday, December 8th 2008 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
