Instructions To Authors
SPECIAL NOTE
for all Young Scientists, Engineers, PhD Scholars and
Postdoctoral Fellows: Young researcher who are actively
involved in the research areas of advanced polymers and
materials with the relevance to the scope and topics of
interest of SAMPADA-2008,
and intend to
participate and present a technical paper or poster must
forward their carefully proof read Abstract document through
their supervisors only.
ABSTRACTS
All Participants for oral paper and poster presentations are
invited to submit from June 1st, 2008 until September-30th
2008, a one page Abstract text not exceeding 300 words (Font
size 12, Time New Roman, Single line) clearly indicating the
objectives and results of the work done in the scientific
and technical areas specified under the scope and topics of
interest. Abstract(s) must not contain references or figures
or tables. Abstract(s) submitted after September-30th 2008 may
not be reviewed or accepted.
Abstract Preparation and Submission Guidelines
The title, and
all author's names, and their affiliations should be given
above the Abstract text.

Only
one ‘Corresponding Author' * will be
allowed/permitted.

and e-Mail ID should be properly given below the
‘Keywords’.

Only the
‘Presenting’ author will receive a copy of the
SAMPADA-2008
Symposium Proceedings.

MANUSCRIPTS
All submitted
manuscripts of technical papers and posters presented in the
SAMPADA-2008
conference will go through rigorous peer review
process as per the stipulated guidelines of the
international scientific journal or publication Manuscripts
must be submitted no later than October 30th, 2008 by e-Mail
as an attached, MS Word file document.
