Poster Session is assigned a Technical Session number 25.

Poster Session is scheduled for Thursday, December 11th 2008 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM (right after the day’s afternoon Coffee Break).

• All Posters must be put on for display in the designated Poster Session area located in the basement of the YASHADA MD Center during the early morning between 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM on Thursday, December 11th, 2008.
   

• All Posters must be taken down immediately after the Poster Session or latest by 6:30 PM on Thursday, December 11th, 2008.
   

• Maximum 1 meter x 1 meter size poster for the Poster Session will be allowed.
   

• Double sided adhesive tapes or Velcro fastener tapes will be provided. However, you are encouraged to bring your own adhesive tapes, as well.
   

• Cork-board tack-pins will not be allowed to fasten your poster.

You are required to prepare Poster of your technical research project while keeping in mind that there will be Cash prizes awarded for the “Best Posters”
