All the Foreign Delegates will need a VISA to enter India.

Business and academic VISA may take longer to process. Hence, an early application is recommended.

An ‘Acceptance Letter’ for technical paper and/or poster presentation(s) will be sent to all ‘Presenting Authors’.

A ‘Letter of Invitation’ from the Chairman or Secretary of SAMPADA-2008 Central Organizing Committee will be sent upon request to all the delegates who want to attend and/or participate in the SAMPADA-2008 Conference, provided their registration fee is received in full.

These letters can be used as supporting documents for the VISA application.
