EXHIBITION BOOTH

SAMPADA-2008 would provide an unique opportunity for the scientific, intellectual and business interactions between scientists and companies from around the globe.

SAMPADA-2008 would also provide venue to Indian and foreign government’s defense agencies, defense and aerospace R&D organizations, various local and international universities and private research institutes, aerospace and defense companies as well as contractors for global showcasing of their state-of-the-art materials/polymers based technology, engineering equipment, aerospace and defense hardware prototypes, products, etc.

SAMPADA-2008 Exposition for Showcasing and Promotion of the state-of-the-art Technology and/or Products will be held for two and half days, from 9:00 AM Tuesday, December 9th, 2008 to 1:00 PM Thursday, December 11th, 2008 at the special exhibition/exposition area during the Symposium event.

Eligibility to Exhibit:
Only companies that provide products or services that are deemed appropriate and relevant to scope of the conference are eligible to exhibit. The SAMPADA-2008 Organizing Committee reserves the right to screen products and services for appropriateness.

Each rental Standard 10' x 10' (approx. 3m x 3m) Display Booth Space Unit will be provided with:

  • two 220-240 volt electrical outlets

  • one flower plant pot

  • one 1 waste paper basket

  • For Booths booked before November 15th, 2008, the Exhibitor’s name will be listed in the Symposium Program Book

  • Additional Exhibitor Admission Pass may be obtained for US$ 50* ( Rs. 1000**) per Pass

  • Only the Exhibiting Organization’s bona fide personnel who will be staffing the booth(s), are eligible to apply for additional exhibitor Passes.

  • The Exhibiting Organization must provide a letter of certification stating that exhibition staff are the bona fide personnel, and assigned to helping the designated staff at the booth.

  • False certification, or the misuse of an exhibitor badge, or any other methods or devices used to gain unauthorized access to the exhibition hall by individuals will be deemed as substantially violating these Terms & Conditions. He/She will be expelled immediately from the venue, and would be notified to the exhibiting organization and to the local law enforcement agencies.

LIABILITY/DISCLAIMER

The Organizers of SAMPADA-2008 shall not be held responsible for personal accidents, illness, losses or damage to private property of registered delegates. Delegates are advised to arrange for their personal insurance for the duration of the conference and personal travel itinerary and tours.

Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the conference mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organizing Committees reserves the right to make last minute changes or cancellation should the need arise without prior notice.
